Where are you located and what’s your service area?
I am located in Griffin, Queensland, 4503. This is just north of the Pine River heading out of Brisbane. I service both the Brisbane and Moreton Bay (e.g. Redcliffe, Petrie, North Lakes etc.) regions.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, however, consultations are by appointment only. Please contact me to arrange a mutually convenient time. For most smaller events discussions over the phone or via email are normally sufficient to agree on your cake design.
What do you charge?
As each cake is custom made and designed to suit your specific needs, it isn’t possible to provide a set price list. As an indication prices start from $140 for a 6″ round cake with simple decorations. Further information regarding pricing can be found here.
What flavours do you do?
Whilst my most popular flavour is definitely the chocolate mud cake, I do offer a range of flavours (see the full list). If you can’t find the flavour you were after, discuss it with me and I’ll try my best to accommodate you.
How much cake?
How much cake you will need will differ depending on how you plan to serve it. It is quite common now to serve a wedding cake as a dessert. Some people still prefer to serve it with coffee or as a take home portion. See my serving size guide to give you a rough idea of how much cake you’ll need.
How do I secure my booking?
After receiving your quote, to proceed with your booking a non-refundable fee of $100 is required to secure your date. This deposit will be taken off the price of your cake. Any remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date. If your event is less than 14 days away the full amount is required to be paid in order to proceed with your order.
Do you deliver?
I can deliver your cake, if required, for a fee. This fee will depend on the delivery location. If you include this location in your contact form I will include the delivery fee in your quote.
Can I change my order once booked?
Alterations to your order may be able to be accommodated. However, depending on the changes required these may incur extra charges. These extra charges are at my discretion and will be outlined to you, in writing, before agreeing to proceed.
For more information please read my Terms and Conditions.
